2025-2026 Enrollment Information
Tuition Plan Options:
- Annual: $5,100 per year
- Semi-Annual: $2,550 per semester
- Monthly: 11 payments of $463.64, Every student pays full tuition starting in July. Tuition Assistance, if applicable, is in effect from August through May.
Tuition Discounts, for families with more than 1 student at St. John Paul II Academy:
- Pay Tuition in Full for year - $100
- Sibling - $510
- Tuition Assistance is awarded on a limited basis for families with demonstrated need.
Yearly Fees:
- FACTS Admissions Fee:
- New Applicants: $30 for Application
- Returning Students: $10 for Re-Enrollment Packet
- Enrollment Fee:
- Early Enrollment Fee: $225 per students, if submitted on/before March 31, 2025
- Enrollment Fee: $325 begins on April 1, 2025
- Service Fee:
- $500 - 1/2 is billed on June 1st and 1/2 is billed by July 1st
- Due no later than September 30, 2025
- FACTS Tuition Management Fee (to set up your payment plan for the year):
- $55, one-time fee per family
- Athletics Fee:
- One-time fee of $125 as soon as your students enters the 1st sport
- Cheer and Dance have separate fees

Fundraising Commitment:
- If you do not receive tuition assistance, your commitment is $400.00 of fundraising and 30 service hours for the year. If you have a sibling(s) at the high school level, each family will be obligated to complete 20 hours on each campus. There is a 10 hour discount when you have a sibling at the high school level.
- If you do receive tuition assistance, your commitment is $600.00 of fundraising and 30 service hours for the year. If you have a sibling(s) at the high school level, each family will be obligated to complete 20 hours on each campus. There is a 10 hour discount when you have a sibling at the high school level.
- If you do not wish to fundraise nor do service hours, you may pay $700.00, if you do not receive tuition assistance, before the 1st day of school. If you do receive tuition assistance, you may pay $900 to buyout before the 1st day of school.
