Thank you for your interest in the St. John Paul II Academy Middle School Aftercare Program. We're pleased to offer a safe, structured, and convenient after-school option for families.

Below is an overview of the program options available:

🌟 Monthly Aftercare Option

  • Cost: $150 per month

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 3:35 PM

    • Students may attend homework help or tutoring before checking into aftercare

  • Payment: Due at the beginning of each month

This option is ideal for families who require consistent after-school care.

🌟 Drop-In Aftercare Option

  • Rate: $15 per hour

  • Start Times:

    • Monday–Wednesday: Begins at 4:00 PM.

      • Students will attend homework help or tutoring from dismissal until 4:00 PM

    • Thursday–Friday: Begins at 3:35 PM

  • Billing:

    • The second hour is billed at 5:00 PM (Mon–Wed) or 4:35 PM (Thurs–Fri)

    • Charges will be calculated and invoiced at the end of each month

This flexible option is great for families who need occasional after-school care while also giving students the opportunity to benefit from academic support.


📌 Important Notes

  • If the monthly fee is not paid by the 1st of the month, drop-in rates will automatically apply.

  • Aftercare is not available on early release days.
